Step 1: Pick a starting shape

  • Disc / round — diameter (OD)
  • Rectangle / square — length and width
  • Ring / flange — outside diameter and inside diameter
  • Other templates — follow the fields on that product
  • Fully custom — upload a DXF

Step 2: Measure

Measure the finished size you need (the cut size), not the rough stock. For discs: diameter across the widest point. For rectangles: length × width. For rings: outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID). Thickness is selected in the quoter.

Tip: a tape measure is fine for most parts. Calipers help on small precision pieces.

Step 3: Choose the material

Rubber, acrylic, or glass — see the Material Guide if you’re unsure.

Step 4: Instant price

Open the matching template (or the template fabricator), enter dimensions or upload a DXF, pick material and thickness, and see the price immediately. No waiting on a quote. No minimum order.
