Acrylic Cutting Service — Cut to Your Size, Priced Instantly
Send us a size or a drawing and we cut it. Acrylic and polycarbonate, cut to your exact dimensions, priced on screen before you commit. No minimum order, no quote request, no engineering review fee. Orders ship in 1–3 business days.
This is a cutting service, not a parts catalogue
Most suppliers sell you the nearest stock size and leave you to make it work. We do the opposite: you give us the actual width, diameter, bolt circle or slot length you need, and that is what gets cut. One piece or a production run.
Three ways to order
- Pick a shape and type your dimensions. Discs, rectangles, rings, frames, slots, hexagons, triangles, ovals, plates with bolt holes. The price updates as you type.
- Upload a DXF. We cut your outline and every internal feature exactly as drawn, priced instantly from the file. Use the parts builder.
- Send a sketch with measurements. If you do not have CAD, get in touch and we will work from what you have.
What we cut
- Clear acrylic — ~92% light transmission, clearer than glass and half the weight.
- Frosted acrylic — diffuses light evenly, hides fingerprints.
- Black acrylic — fully opaque, deep gloss face.
- White acrylic — opaque and neutral; translucent grades diffuse.
- Polycarbonate — when the panel has to survive impact.
Why laser cutting
The laser melts the edge as it cuts, so acrylic comes off the machine flame-polished — clear and smooth, with no sawn face to sand or flame-treat. Holes and cut-outs are cut in the same pass as the outline, so features stay in register instead of drifting the way they can when drilled as a second operation.

Typical jobs
Machine guards and inspection windows, display cases and retail fixtures, control panels and instrument faces, LED light box and sign faces, equipment housings and covers, shelving and risers, partition panels, picture glazing, and one-off prototypes where the part has to be right the first time.
How pricing works
The price is calculated from the sheet area your part consumes and the cutting time it takes, and it updates on screen as you change dimensions, material and quantity. Not a quote queue. Not a minimum order value. You see the number before you commit.
