Black Acrylic Cutting Service — Cut to Your Size
Black acrylic cut to your size or your DXF — control panels, bases, masking layers, cosmetic covers. The price updates as you enter dimensions.
How the service works
- Send us the size, or the drawing. Enter dimensions on screen, or upload a DXF and we cut your outline and every internal feature exactly as drawn.
- Priced instantly. The cost appears as you type — no quote request, no engineering review fee, no waiting for an email.
- Cut, not stocked. Every piece is made for your order. There is no nearest-stock-size compromise.
- No minimum order. One piece or a production run; the per-piece price falls with quantity.
Why black acrylic
Fully opaque with a deep gloss face, so it reads as a finished component rather than a raw panel. It also blocks light completely, which makes it useful as a masking or backing layer.
What we cut it for
Control panels and instrument faces, equipment backing and masking, display bases and risers, light-blocking panels, sign backers, and cosmetic covers on machinery.
Edge quality
Laser cutting melts the edge as it cuts, so acrylic comes off the machine flame-polished — clear and smooth, with no sawn face to sand or flame-treat afterwards. Holes and cut-outs are cut in the same pass as the outline, so nothing drifts out of register the way it can when features are drilled as a second operation.

How to measure
- Measure the finished cut size you need, not the rough stock.
- Discs: diameter across the widest point. Rectangles: length × width. Rings: outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID). Other shapes: follow the fields on that product.
- A tape measure is fine for most parts. Calipers help on small pieces.
- Pick material and thickness in the quoter.
- Fully custom shape? Upload a DXF. No CAD? Send us a sketch with measurements.
