Need triangle parts? The triangle template is an equilateral triangle sized by its tip-to-tip diameter, the circle that touches all three corners. Enter your dimensions, pick a material, and the quoter prices the part right away. No minimum order, so one-offs and prototypes are fine.

Triangles get used as corner braces and gussets, sign blanks, display and craft pieces, machine guards, spacers and pads. Choose acrylic for display work, polycarbonate for something tough, or rubber for a pad or seal.

Materials: Acrylic in clear, frosted, white, black and colors (acrylic edges come out flame-polished), polycarbonate, glass and mirror, plus neoprene, EPDM, silicone, Buna-N, cork and fiber.

How it's made: every part is CNC cut (laser, waterjet, and more) to ±0.015″. We don't cut tempered glass. Order one part or a few hundred; every piece in a batch is cut from the same file, so they all match.

Other shapes: pentagon, hexagon and D-shape.

What you enter: Diameter (tip to tip). Pick inches or mm in the quoter.

Size: Up to 32.5″ × 32.5″ for most materials. Glass, mirror, polycarbonate, Viton and PTFE top out at 18″ × 12″, and borosilicate at 12″ × 12″; the quoter shows the exact limit for each material.

FAQ

What size do I enter for a triangle?

The tip-to-tip diameter: the diameter of a circle that touches all three corners. For an equilateral triangle, that's the side length divided by 0.866.

Can I get a right triangle or a custom triangle?

Use the custom parts page and upload a DXF or SVG for any non-equilateral triangle.

Are acrylic edges finished?

Yes. Acrylic edges come out flame-polished.

Is there a minimum order?

No.

How fast does it ship?

Most orders ship in 1 week.

How to measure

  1. Measure the finished cut size you need, not the rough stock.
  2. Discs: diameter across the widest point. Rectangles: length × width. Rings: outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID). Other shapes: follow the fields on that product.
  3. A tape measure is fine for most parts. Calipers help on small pieces.
  4. Pick material and thickness in the quoter.
  5. Fully custom shape? Upload a DXF. No CAD? Send us a sketch with measurements.
