Custom Parallelogram Parts Cut to Size
Custom Parallelogram Parts Cut to Size
Need slanted, parallelogram-shaped parts? Enter your dimensions, pick a material, and the quoter prices the part right away. No minimum order, so one-offs and prototypes are fine.
Enter the base length, the height, and the slant, meaning how far the top edge is shifted from the bottom edge. Parallelograms are used for angled shelf brackets, stair and ramp shims, signs and lettering backers, tiles and display pieces.
Materials: Acrylic in clear, frosted, white, black and colors (acrylic edges come out flame-polished), polycarbonate, glass and mirror, plus neoprene, EPDM, silicone, Buna-N, cork and fiber.
How it's made: every part is CNC cut (laser, waterjet, and more) to ±0.015″. We don't cut tempered glass. Order one part or a few hundred; every piece in a batch is cut from the same file, so they all match.
Related: rhombus, trapezoid and rectangular parts.
What you enter: Base Length, Height, Slant (top edge offset). Pick inches or mm in the quoter.
Size: Up to 32.5″ × 32.5″ for most materials. Glass, mirror, polycarbonate, Viton and PTFE top out at 18″ × 12″, and borosilicate at 12″ × 12″; the quoter shows the exact limit for each material.
FAQ
What is the slant measurement?
It's how far the top edge is shifted sideways compared with the bottom edge, measured parallel to the base.
Can I cut a parallelogram in rubber?
Yes. Neoprene, EPDM, silicone and Buna-N are all available.
What tolerance do you hold?
±0.015″.
Is there a minimum?
No.
How fast does it ship?
Most orders ship in 1 week.

- Pads, spacers, general rubber parts → Neoprene
- Flexible rubber, wide temperature range → Silicone
- Weather, water and ozone → EPDM
- Oil and fuel contact → Buna-N
- Low-pressure seals and spacers → Cork, or Fiber for simple cut shapes
- Displays, covers, see-through parts → Clear acrylic (also frosted, black, white)
- Guards and covers that need impact resistance → Polycarbonate
- Glass panels and sight openings → Clear glass, frosted glass or mirror

How to measure
- Measure the finished cut size you need, not the rough stock.
- Discs: diameter across the widest point. Rectangles: length × width. Rings: outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID). Other shapes: follow the fields on that product.
- A tape measure is fine for most parts. Calipers help on small pieces.
- Pick material and thickness in the quoter.
- Fully custom shape? Upload a DXF. No CAD? Send us a sketch with measurements.
