Need diamond-shaped parts? Enter your dimensions, pick a material, and the quoter prices the part right away. No minimum order, so one-offs and prototypes are fine.

A rhombus is a diamond with four equal sides. Enter the horizontal and vertical diagonals and the quoter builds the shape. Rhombus parts are used for tile and mosaic pieces, signs, inlays, display parts, spacers and pads.

Materials: Acrylic in clear, frosted, white, black and colors (acrylic edges come out flame-polished), polycarbonate, glass and mirror, plus neoprene, EPDM, silicone, Buna-N, cork and fiber.

How it's made: every part is CNC cut (laser, waterjet, and more) to ±0.015″. We don't cut tempered glass. Order one part or a few hundred; every piece in a batch is cut from the same file, so they all match.

Related: parallelogram, kite and trapezoid parts.

What you enter: Width (horizontal diagonal), Height (vertical diagonal). Pick inches or mm in the quoter.

Size: Up to 32.5″ × 32.5″ for most materials. Glass, mirror, polycarbonate, Viton and PTFE top out at 18″ × 12″, and borosilicate at 12″ × 12″; the quoter shows the exact limit for each material.

How to measure

  1. Measure the finished cut size you need, not the rough stock.
  2. Discs: diameter across the widest point. Rectangles: length × width. Rings: outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID). Other shapes: follow the fields on that product.
  3. A tape measure is fine for most parts. Calipers help on small pieces.
  4. Pick material and thickness in the quoter.
  5. Fully custom shape? Upload a DXF. No CAD? Send us a sketch with measurements.
